Tech Ambience Call Center’s callers will be happy to conduct surveys for you, both business-to-business and business-to-consumer, by phone or email.
As a Tech Ambience client, you’ll have a project supervisor working with you on a regular basis. You’ll be introduced, either in person or via conference call or videoconference, to the call specialists who will be on the phone dealing with your customer base.
Our usual hours are 8:00 to 5:00 Eastern Time. If necessary, we can accommodate you with longer hours.
Our hourly fees for survey work are extremely competitive and vary depending on requirements. Please contact us to discuss your project and your needs.
