Mr. Prem Anand. Chief Executive Officer and Founder, Tech Ambience
Mr. Anand’s extensive background includes over 17 years of work at the highest levels as an Operations Executive, including Fortune 500 environments. His management and analytical skills repeatedly lead diverse teams of professionals to new levels of success in a variety of highly competitive industries, cutting-edge markets, and fast-paced environments. He brings to Tech Ambience over two decades of strong technical and business qualifications and hands-on experience in executive management, strategic planning, business unit development, acquisitions, project and product management, and system engineering strategies. Mr. Anand further brings the proven ability to successfully analyze an organization's critical business requirements, identify deficiencies and potential opportunities, and develop innovative and cost-effective solutions for enhancing competitiveness, increasing revenues, and improving customer service offerings. Mr. Anand brings to Tech Ambience clients a proven, successful track record in Acquisitions, Domestic and Global Sales, Key Client Retention, Brand Awareness, Business Development, Relationship Management, Project Management, Fortune 500 Account Development and Administration, Product Development and Training and Teambuilding. Mr. Anand holds advanced degrees in Engineering and is currently authoring a book on Technology.
Mr. Guy M. Webb, Jr. Director Software Development and Services
For almost 20 years, Mr. Webb has worked at the highest levels of software development, technical and database projects for federal civilian agencies and companies heavily involved in aerospace and critical Department of Defense projects. His responsibilities included team building and team leadership on mission critical software development, information control, and database projects. On various time, performance, and budget critical projects, he served in numerous roles including project manager, team leader, lead designer, lead database designer, configuration manager, systems analyst, and programmer. As project manager he held the lead in project analysis, design, development and integration, plus lead projects involving migration of critical data from one software system to another. In addition to a broad base of knowledge of software and database programs, Mr. Webb offers particular expertise in MS SQl Server, Oracle RDBMS, Oracle Forms and Oracle Reports; MS Access, MS Excel, VBA, and Sybase Power Builder.
Mr. Robert Sprouse. Manager of Operations, Tech Ambience Call Center
Mr. Sprouse brings more than two decades of organizational, team building, project management and high level call center and customer service experience to Tech Ambience. He has twenty-two years plus of domestic & international Call Center Management experience and employee training and development for a number of major firms such as AOL. He has specific emphasis and expertise in Customer & Employee Service, Performance Analysis, Client Relation, Continuous Quality Improvement, Call Center Operations, Team Building, Coaching & Development, Analytical Development and Metrics and Workforce Management. Mr. Sprouse also brings to Tech Ambience clients an extensive, successful background in project management, client and vendor relations, and customer service. He has been directly responsible for marketing and market development for a variety of divisions and firms and has managed client relations and communications for accounts of a size ranging into the multiple seven figures. Mr. Sprouse has consulted with and provided input to multiple Fortune 500 firms relative to building world-class customer relations and satisfaction. He is the recipient of the Quality Performance Award, the Service Excellence Award, and the Governor's Sterling Quality Award. He has been nominated for the Presidents Award of Excellence.
